That was the name of the improvised boat, made out of a Citroen car mounted on wooden barrels for floats that its creator, Michael Haimasky from Holon, intended to sail to Turkey.
While having some problems with spelling, the man is obviously not crazy - it's a fact that he had his cell phone with him:
"Haimasky told his interrogators that he had telephoned a friend and had asked him to notify the police about his venture as soon as he realized that his motor had died."
He is just an unhappy owner of a Citroen that stalled on him one time too many. I do understand him completely. If I had a Citroen, I may have been tempted to do something similar.
Wait - I do have a Citroen!
