Vladimir Valdimirovich Putin: the top dog of 2013

Surprise?

Forbes magazine named Russian President Vladimir Putin the most powerful man in the world on Wednesday, ranking the autocratic leader ahead of US President Barack Obama.
Nah... he is a clear winner. By a head, no less.

Which is a bare minimum. I wouldn't know that men use to ogle women and vice versa otherwise...
