18 calories per spoon and it's all energy!

Imagine that!

There is some truth to it. Nectarines, plums, honeydew and most other fruits are very good for losing weight--all the citrus fruits, apples and pears. They are even good for type-2 diabetics. People think the sugar in these fruits is a problem, but it isn't for most people. Some fruits have too much sugar--bananas and grapes, for instance--but I weigh about 70 pounds less than I did 2 years ago, mostly thanks to replacing starch with fruit. I should do a post about all this. I'll call it the World Arrogance Diet or something like that.

Ehehe... I consume both starch and fruit meanwhile...

I know someone who lost 5 kgs in three weeks with a sugar and fat rich, cheese pie based diet. Very small portions every 2-3 hours, and almost nothing else. It works.

Sounds very very attractive to me, aside of the cheese pie, which I don't abide.
