Nectarines, plums, hone...There is some truth to it. Nectarines, plums, honeydew and most other fruits are very good for losing weight--all the citrus fruits, apples and pears. They are even good for type-2 diabetics. People think the sugar in these fruits is a problem, but it isn't for most people. Some fruits have too much sugar--bananas and grapes, for instance--but I weigh about 70 pounds less than I did 2 years ago, mostly thanks to replacing starch with fruit. I should do a post about all this. I'll call it the World Arrogance Diet or something like that.yitzgoodnoreply@blogger.com
