Fuckwittery on Gun Control and the Holocaust

What Jams says.

Surely if free sales of weed were allowed, Nazis would have been more mellow and wouldn't... etc.

Sadly Nazis are more Angel Dust types... But dickhead the plumber really did make some tenuous links

Ah, you discount the effects of pot. Probably because you never tried it more than once. The worse thing you get off it is the munchies and get fat from eating too many sweets.

Gun ownership actually works in keeping crime down. You can look it up. Can't say what it might have done for the Holocaust. Probably gotten a few Nazi creeps blown away, at the very least. But gun ownership is a mentality that works well here in the States. In Europe, not so much. I own two .38s, myself, and am shopping for a 1911.

Notice how they say it is safe but if you put any smoke in your lungs it will harm them. So in reality how safe pot be?

He would, wouldn't he?

The point is that using Holocaust every each way is not a clever idea. Remember the jerks from PETA with their chicken holocaust?

That too...

True, armed Jews would have shot a number of Heer and SS soldiers as well as Einsatzgruppen but to imagine that light weapons would have stopped the Nazis from going ahead with the Holocaust is ludicrous

I didn't say it was safe. But I'm already a smoker, so the smoke part is of no consequence to me.

It would have required a different mindset, to be sure, but more pitched battles between armed Jews (in addition to Warsaw) could have been instructive for the bully boys. If not decisive. Just saying.

I get it. But, just like Hitler, it will be continue to be used in argument (good, bad or worse) and there's no way to stop it. Pointing out the hypocrisy of it, of course, is instructive.

Can't argue with that, for sure.

Also not trying to criticise the victims. Yad Vashem makes clear their reason to hope right up until the doors of the gas chambers clanged shut behind them.
