Calm down, it hasn't happened yet. But the situation is serious enough to analyze it and to take the necessary steps.
Our diminutive (see stinky's correct guess in the comments), albeit valiant grass-root fighter against the Zionist octopus, Deborah Fink, was a victim of a horrific attack... but we'll use her own words, with a comment here and there. The original text will be in blue (hopefully, if Blogger doesn't foul it up).
I'm sending this to give another example of how far supporters of the Israeli gov. will go.
"Gov." stands for government, if you had any doubts.
Sat night, I went to a party. I did not have any attention of discussing politics, but one guest knew that I'd organised a picket of the Zionist Federation Expo for the following day and joked about it. I explained to him and his Israel friend, why. I didn't mention boycotts and stuck to the basics, i.e. this fare was advertising properties in the Occupied territories, which most Jews are against. The Israeli saw nothing wrong with this and thought I was quite wrong.
"Sat" stands for Saturday, that's fairly clear, and we commend the original intention of the author not to have anything to do with politics for the evening (unfortunately for all involved, it was not to be, as you shall see in the next sentence or two). It is not clear in the above what is it that most Jews are against - the Expo, the advertisement, the properties or the O. territories, but for the safety sake let's assume that most Jews are against all of it.
Meanwhile, the ears pricked up of 4 Becky (or chavvy?) type women.
Now this one requires some interpretation. "Becky" means Jewish (derogatory) and "chavvy" means a lot of things in the island of Albion, none of the things nice too. It is unclear why the women in question could not have been both Becky and chavvy, but we'll take it up with Deborah directly.
One dark-haired woman recognised me from the previous year and wondered what I was doing there, saying I should go home. The blond haired women, (Nicol?) kept calling me a self-hating Jew and that I was a disgrace to Jews (or something like that). Of course, they went on about suicide bombs and when I spoke of the dead Palestinians, they said 'Good'. The dark-haired woman said: 'The only good Palestinian is a dead Palestinian'.
It is clear that our hero fell into an impossible situation. That dark-haired lady was clearly one unrepentant Becky and the blond one was... actually the same... or maybe just chavvy. But here comes a mysterious statement:
Nicol threatened me with BETAR.
We have heard (and issued) a lot of different kinds of threats - from threatening a person with a heavy blunt object (or a sharp one) to threatening a whole country with a boycott or some such, but threatening a smallish and visibly harmless person with BETAR? In the Elder's practice it is simply unheard of. To send a trained reptilian for some intimidation or a wet job, if necessary - that's fine with us. But threatening to use BETAR on a live human body? No way, it must be some mistake, and we'll have to have a long talk with that Nicol - close up and personal.
And now comes a statement that really caused all alarm bells, sirens and cell phones with that insidious ringtone (you know which one I mean) to go off simultaneously in the Elders' HQ:
Again, Israel seems to give permission to Jews to talk like this.
I will be... No, really, who in his right mind...
We have summoned immediately all Israeli Who is Who to our HQ for investigation. And the results are negative. Nope. Nada. Zilch. Not a single person in the place owns up to giving such permission. And the Elders of Z. have definitely never allowed anyone to talk this way to vertically challenged people who are obsessed with the Zionist beast.
This case caused us all a lot of distress here in the Elders' HQ. We couldn't give the rest of the story the attention it so clearly deserves, what with wine being thrown into the heroine's eyes, the arrival of police and the subsequent speedy recovery of the heroine, who valiantly continued to enjoy the party.
Hopefully, doing her best to avoid politics for the rest of it. And as proof of our benevolence and general bigheartedness we are sending our victim of overzealous Beckys and chavs a gift:
Certified not to be grown in the O. territories.
We'll put it on the floor, for ease of access.

Between a rock and a hard place
George Szirtes is asking a few questions caused (or, rather, inspired) by the Norm's post on Prohibitions of war.Norm is talking about Hiroshima and Nagasaki, but he could also be talking about Dresden and Berlin or London and Coventry, or if there are differences between the former two and the latter two how are those differences defined? There is presumed to be a difference between the politically expedient mass murder of specific people – the Polish officers at Katyn Forest, for example, and the genocide of an entire race for meta-political reasons (though politics, at some remove, would be part of the reason for the Holocaust). What of politically motivated assassinations? What of potentially justified assassinations? Who does the justifying and on what grounds? To whom do we attempt to justify? That, I suppose, would have been Milosevic’s argument at The Hague.
Good questions. And I would throw in another issue. WMD - related this time.
In an event of a nuclear attack - any possible retaliation will of necessity involve horrific civilian losses. Any politician who orders a response nuclear strike will clearly know the consequences.
Thus he/she will be (by definition) committing a war crime. Which makes it clear that adherence to the laws of war means of necessity losing that war.
This is not necessarily bringing the rule ad absurdum, because with proliferation of WMD a politician could really face the issue in the (near?) future.
?
Fiddlesticks!
This is the result I got, humbly submitting this here blog to the judgment. Frankly, for a person whose mother tongue is not English, it is a compliment. But then, just to ensure that the gizmo on the business end of that transaction is a real McCoy, I have tried it on the blog that belongs to Akaky Akakyevich Bashmachkin, whose mere inkpot I am not worthy of carrying, let alone his quill.
And the result was the same... Bleh...
Since Akaky is mentioned, you may want to read this. You shall see what I mean.

Ressurection of Muhammad Al Durrah?
(An addendum to that excellent compilation by Soccer Dad.)
The case of Muhammad Al Durrah, the Gazan boy allegedly killed by IDF during a stone-throwing episode and made into a symbol of Intifada, is slowly unraveling, it seems. The raw footage of the "27 minutes" fame was seen in the court for the first time (although - see the above link in Wiki - a few independent journalists viewed it with quite an unequivocal conclusion).
From JP:Toward the end, the footage appeared to show Dura briefly putting his hand to his forehead to check what was happening around him, and moving his leg.
More interesting findings in a Russian source (Google translation):The original video recording showed that after 15 minutes of recording in which Palestinians stoned Israeli military, the boy lying on his father's knees raises his head. That was the frame that forced Karsenty to sue, arguing that the coverage does not contain any evidence of the death of the child.
It is early days so far, but we may be witnessing an unmaking of a myth here.
In the original frames a scrap of red cloth could be seen on the boy's body, likely to be mistaken for blood. Karsenty argues that it is a usual trick used by Palestinians for the simulation of killing or wounding.
At one point, the father cries: "The boy was killed!", But after that Muhammad ad-Dur looks alive. After the viewing Enderlin said that the father warned that his son may be dying.
Moreover, the judges have not been able to understand where have disappeared nine more minutes of the original recording. Karsenty left the courtroom with a smile on his face. "Everyone knows that, it was 27 minutes. I wonder where the remaining 9 minutes are", he said.
According to Karsenty, videotape does not contain a single frame evidencing that the Israeli military fired: "The Palestinian reporter claims that there were 45 wounded, while the film shows only one person, wounded in the leg. Boy covers the abdomen with a red scrap. They cut the film . France 2 is beginning to understand that it becomes a laughingstock. "

Elders of Zion - yet another coup
The guy who sent me the link to the article From Stockwell to the web (via Tel Aviv) titled his e-mail as a joke: "Guardian colludes with Zionist entity". What is the article about? Briefly about this:
...a few weeks ago, on the 12th floor of an office building just outside Tel Aviv, a small group of Israeli technologists finished making a modest contribution to that task, by digitising every page of every edition of the Guardian since its launch in 1821 up to the 1970s, along with thousands of editions of the Observer - about 900,000 pages in all.Do not miss a hilarious update at the end of this post!
Since part of the truth is already out, and due to our willingness to tell almost everything as it really is, lest the jerks from TheTruthWillOut and all the other Truth... get it all wrong (they will get it wrong anyhow, but at least they wouldn't be able to say later that we haven't tried) - I have decided to put a few things straight.
First of all: colludes - shmolludes! Who are The Guardian, for crying out loud, to even dream about "colluding" with the Zionists - the Elders' prime source of the man/women/otherwise-power? I ask you, is it chutzpa or is it chutzpa? They are being controlled, of course, but like any other mass media shop, nothing more, nothing less - or didn't you hear about it yet?
The digitizing our mind-controlled slave goes on about in that article is just another technicality. You see, our mind control teams are tired a bit of all that controlling, and it is time to make use or the Internet. There is nothing easier than to insert a subliminal message into every page on the newspaper site.
So, while you are looking for a 1882 Guardian report on your grand-grand-... dad being arrested after a pub brawl or for an engagement notice of your grand-grand-...ma, our cold and slimy virtual fingers will be probing your brain. And you will be no more able to recognize or, indeed, even to see our trained reptilians going about their business on the streets of your city. Or to feel the needle that goes into your vein for fresh blood (so beloved by the Elders), while you are sure that all you do is being present at an extremely boring management meeting.
Or to understand that while hailing that new achievement of digital age, you are merely doing our bidding.
Precisely what that poor bloke Oliver Burkemann has done...

Update: An eagle-eyed (while brain-deficient) member of moonbat brigade of CiF has already grokked the consequences:
You have got to be kidding? The Guardian, which swears it is not pro Israel, could not find one company in the country of Britain, the country the Guardian writes for, to take care of their digital archives? He he he... It is not Israel, dumkopf, in is the Elders - study the difference.
The Guardian, based in Britain, free of bias for Israeli foreign policy, had to go to the country of Israel to find a qualified company who could take care of their digital archives?
Did the Israeli company transfer all of the Guardian stories intact? Or are Guardian stories that would be uncomfortable for Israel, conveniently hard to find?
I wonder how long all these people can keep writing that Israel does not control Britain?
Ham flavor will be kosher! Hallelujah!
Of course, that headline didn't fail in its main purpose - attracting my attention. And now I have two confessions to make: a) I am not, how to say it gently, fervent about kosher and b) my stomach, when in shape (which is most of the time) is able to digest even a heavy-duty airplane tire. But this AP article got me.
Jones Soda Co. to produce limited-edition theme packs for Hanukkah, including Jelly Doughnut, Apple Sauce, Chocolate Coins and Latkes flavored sodas. The Christmas pack will feature such flavors as Sugar Plum, Christmas Tree, Egg Nog and Christmas Ham.My dear Jews and Christians. Please consider a possibility to co-opt another, additional god (or goddess) to add to the existing one - a god (or goddess) of soft drinks that will smite this abomination of liquid refreshment peddlers.
There must be some limits, I suggest. Imagine a soda drink that tastes like latkes. Or like ham. or... excuse me, I have to run.
Jiri Tlusty 'story' - what the heck?
Why should this and myriads of other related articles about a totally stupid, but harmless act by a drunk teenager become a focus of the world's attention?
Beats me.

The strange ways of Google founders
The article in Indy is titled: Billionaire Google founder's search for true love is over.
Larry Page, one of the founders of Google who has amassed a fortune of $20bn, is preparing to get married – following in the footsteps of his friend and co-founder Sergey Brin, who tied the knot six months ago.Which made me kind of mellow and sentimental all over - and who can withstand a picture of such harmony and happiness without a few tears ?
But then:
Mr Page, 34, met Ms Brin when they were both postgraduate students at Stanford University, right in the heart of Silicon Valley south of San Francisco.Ms Brin? Who is marrying whom, for crying out loud?
Another puzzled muzzled
It is by accident that I have stumbled on the post Haram for us, Halal for Israel by an Egyptian blogger(ess) Zeinobia. Look in Wiki for haram and halal, but for the purpose the former means "forbidden" and the latter means "permissible". "Us" in the context of that post means the Ummah, or the Muslim world in other words.
Zeinobia succeeded in being both puzzled and muzzled in the same post.
Puzzled:
I can't find a reason why Israel is so scared that any Arab or Islamic country would own a nuclear program !! Seriously I do not find a good reason to all what the Israelis are doing...Muzzled:
It is silly because no one in the world, the West of course dares to open his mouth about the Israeli Nuclear program...So, being of a weak character where pretty girls* are concerned, I have decided to help Zeinobia a bit.
You see, Zeinobia, there are only 6 and something millions of us (the Jooz) on that tiny sliver of land which you consider too big for us in any case. The Ummah, on the other hand, is about 1.2 billion and growing, being spread from that ocean to another. And it so happens that most of the Ummah would like nothing more than to see us off that tiny sliver mentioned above. Cause, you know, we are the colonial aggressive running lackey dogs of the world Zioimperialism and infidels to boot. And the most frightening mortal threat to the Ummah, in all its 1.2 billion ocean-to-ocean glory.
So, the Ummah's burning desire to embrace the puny us in its Islamic embrace is kinda worrying. And thus we much prefer, you know, to talk softly and carry a big stick. Better than the other way around. Er... well, you catch my drift by now, I guess.
OK, I hope that we have dealt extensively enough with that puzzlement thingy and can go on to muzzlement.
In fact, dear Zeinobia, it is rather your job to explain how precisely you (and all the other complainants) are muzzled, when you seem to be not only free to link to that Wiki entry on Israeli nuclear prowess but to expand on it as well in that very long post.
In short, Zeinobia, complaining about your inability to open your mouth may lead a reader to a somewhat rude question about the provenance of your post. If you see what I mean...
(*) I can really see the beautiful Zenobia waggling her finger at the bad uncouth Israelis and pursing her lips with that "Oh you silly bad boys" expression...

Beckham's disgusting groupies
The adulation of that character some people display is really beyond ridiculous and deeply into revolting:David Beckham fans in Austria blocked the phone-in lines of a radio show when the star's used bed linen was offered as a prize.
And that's not all, just wait.Presenters told fans that Beckham usually left used boxer short lying in the room as well as he always wore fresh undies and never re-used them.
These fans are really debasing themselves. Disgusting.
The radio station has a deal with the hotel where Beckham and the rest of the team will stay for the fan to be allowed to go into the room.
Now, if it were Ronaldinho's undies...
Man marries a dog in southern India
Somebody considers this story to be somewhat of a scoop:A 32 old year man Selva Kumar married a dog to relieve him from the curse. He has been sick for a long time and recently he became deaf. He went to a witch man for help, witch man told him that he is being hunter by a curse as he tortured dogs in the past.
I really don't understand what is the big deal with that story. Quite a few men, some of them I know personally... oh well, here I should stop.
At least he is deaf...

Airbus: Prince buys flying palace
Says CNN.Once done, the Airbus A380, the world's biggest passenger plane, will be a "flying palace" for Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, the manufacturer announced Monday.
I don't care, it's not my business to count other people's money. So good luck, prince.
One reminder only: make sure that your private bedroom(s) is(are) soundproof. We really don't want people spreading some unseemly MP3 (or is it MP4 these days) files.
Or do we?
