The second one is our current minister of internal security, Avi Dichter.
The situation those two are/were in when the pictures were taken are eerily similar: both are looking for a new sheriff. As we all know, the one on the left succeeded admirably.
Maybe he could come over to share some of his wisdom with Dichter?
