London 9/11 - EDL vs MAC: The third question

I watched the whole clip, mainly to get my fill of hateful faces and the hateful rhetoric of the Muslim Against Crusades* group that crawls from under the rocks each time it smells blood. Preferably infidel blood.

And the question I had is not about the British government allowing (or not) the demo. I am of an opinion that it's better for the maggots to be seen by all. The knowledge might come handy yet, who knows.

The question is not about EDL, for whom I feel somewhat less than no sympathy at all. And in any case, if MAC are allowed in the streets, so should EDL be.

What I wonder is how come that in the great and all-embracing multicultural London it's only EDL that found it necessary to protest the MAC scumbags?

(*) The vermin have their own website, easily found if you care to search for "Muslim Against Crusades".

Calling on the experts.

People of my age, of all persuasions discuss this in the privacy and comfort of their own homes.

Younger people seem to think it's only a tiny minority who are of their mindset, and therefore ignore them.

The Government, Press, TV, etc., never criticise anything said or done by Islamic groups for fear of antagonising them.

The one exception being when they insulted and harrassed trops parading through Luton on their return from Iraq.  I believe apart from the hatful screaming abuse, threats, and the inevitable jumping up and down, they wanted British troops out of 'their' town.

This tiny monority, as in all cases with fundamentalists, is going to lead the majority - if and when.

We "grown-ups" (or over 50s :) ) aren't for one second fooled into thinking it's a tiny minority, Guardianista apart, of course!

But it's extremely difficult to convince our children, even the politically aware, that this is the case!

I know what you mean. Apolitical animals, our kids are. But maybe there is some sense in it - less reasons for spoiling one's life.

They remind me of the Westboro rabble. A tiny bunch of scumbags who do disgusting things and are thus given attention out of al proportion to their size and influence...

Dosen't stop them being a shower of bastards though, labeit a small one!

I wouldn't discount them lightly. Some of them preach to multitudes.
