So, where does the buck stop, Bibi?

It took me a shitload of time to find the appropriate illustration to the following headline:

Netanyahu to Gaza flotilla probe: IDF coordinated the deadly raid

and to this quote (there are many others in the same vein it that article):

When asked by former justice Turkel who Netanyahu had put in charge of the operation during his trip to the United States a few days prior to the flotilla's arrival, the PM named Defense Minister Ehud Barak.

OK.  And how was he supposed to answer the question?

"I put myself in charge of the operation"?  Wouldn't that sound a tad schizophrenic?

Nope, he could have 'fessed up that, as PM, he is ultimately responsible, without repeating several times (read the article) that it's IDF and defense minister who were in charge.

Yes, I read the article and couldn't find anything untoward.  He said that politicians set up policies and the army is responsible for making operational decisions.  Makes sense to me.

Love that Farside cartoon, Snoopy. LOL. It really fits what is going on with Bibi and Barak trying to pin the blame on someone else. With both of them, their solgan should be: "The Buck stops Elsewhere" !

Yes, they are quite expert in shifting the blame.
