Of course, it has become a cliche thing to make fun of the three-letter bumblers* of the federal ilk. And, of course, each current administration in turn is blamed as if it's the one that invented the art of stepping on its own bits. But it is far from being true. Fast and Furious is just one of the latest, but far from the first, epic fails. Here comes a hilarious story about the "civilian" use of the famous spy plane U-2, taken from an amazing book by Ben R.
