This collage of three pictures or, rather, of one picture repeated three times, requires some translation work.
The leftmost one, coming from a Ukrainian source and written in Ukrainian, says that a Russian missile damaged the truck but didn't explode, adding that Russian forces continue to bombard the peaceful citizens of Donetsk.
The picture in the middle, by Russian TV this time, says that Ukrainian "chasteners" shoot at their own citizens.
And the rightmost one, coming (live, no less!) from Al Jazz... well, see for yourself.
How do you like them propaganda chickens?

Simply amazing that one picture can solve so many problems.
But one thing finally has been cleared. No need to accuse each other in connection with the downed plane MH17.

"Israel Downed MH17 As Cover Up For Gaza Slaughtering, American Political Commentator Claims"
It does, doesn't it?
Oh yeah, I am familiar with that one. Amazing, how people will get the truth (troof, actually) in any conditions...
Sennacherib wants to know just when did the IDF started using faulty munitions? As with the work of your Elders the IDF has a reputation to uphold and the publishing of faulty munitions just won't do.
There must be a dangerous leak in the Elders Secret Operations Dept. Please do something...
Aha! That must be it. A multi-use rocket!
Right. On the other hand it may be just what Rob suggested - a reusable rocket.
Even more diabolical. Also from the photo above, it seems mobile homes everywhere are in great danger.
In fact this is not a mobile home, Russians never built any, as far as I know. This is a typical Russian military truck, normally a multi-purpose one, they built a lot of those in the sixties and seventies. Of course, both Ukrainians and Russian have them. Not that you would find one like that in Gaza. Or that it bothers Al Jazz intrepid reporters in any way.
Ah, but Snoop, it is a mobile home in a sense, it is transport for undocumented green people. Russians do love their обман.
Al Jazz is confused because it is not a white Toyota or moped.
And I was sure the green people move underground, like moles. Go figure...
Yeah. By the way, that white Toyota phenomenon is interesting by itself. It is like the whole ISIL Islamic Caliphate revolution is sponsored... but I am going too far, I guess...
Damn it, Snoop, what's happening with all that military help we send you guys? You drop a bomb in Gaza and you hit the Ukraine? Was there a stray hurricane nearby or is the IDF not providing the bombardiers with eyeglasses anymore?
There appears to be a gentlemens' agreement between Russia, Ukraine and Israel about a common re-use of the same rocket, as Rob tells. Nothing wrong with this environmentally correct idea.
Well, there is an odd timing, enhanced US bombing campaign, Toyota factories putting on extra shifts, but my deep Assyrian sources have stolen the video for the next ISIS ad campaign:

Ach, it was lovely, thanks. And they all have glass bottles, the best bottles for Coke. Mmm....
Voted creepiest ad of the 20th century down at the Ziggurat.
But creepy is the new Cool, in the 21st century!
Gives a new sense for the 'a picture is worth a thousand words' motto.
Yes indeed.
