North Korea: brimming over with happiness

Perish the doubt: North Korea is the bee's knees where happiness of the citizens is concerned.

Happiness is in the eye of the beholder – according to a wellbeing survey published by the government of North Korea, the citizens of the isolated state are the second happiest in the world.

The Survey results, published by Italian daily paper Corriere Della Sera on Friday, reveal that the People's Republic of China is the happiest place on earth, followed by the communist North Korea, Cuba, Iran and Venezuela.
Just reading the list of the above mentioned caused me some happiness. So much so that I shall refrain from commenting, what with being happy in the morning (never happens normally).

Are you that happy to see me or...?

Similar to those one-candidate elections where the one candidate gets 100 percent of the vote. 'Cause everyone is sooo happy.
