While I'm on the subject of Israel (and when am I not on the subject of Israel?), here's something from JTA. The headline says it all: Obama says a nuclear Iran is not tolerable. It's a one-page report of a long interview the President gave to Jeffrey Goldberg of Atlantic Magazine (and there's a link in this article to the Goldberg one).
By Brian Goldfarb.
Remark by the editor: this is not to say I disagree with the above, just to mention (again) that the day I'll believe what a politician says is yet to come. And that there is an equally strong opinion to the contrary of what the POTUS says and what Jeffrey G. believes.
We shall see.

Goldberg was a suckup in that interview. Not usual of course. About what you'd expect from the Democrat Media Complex. Obozo is no more credible on this point than his predecessor who also spoke loudly about Iran but carried no stick at all.
I meant, of course, not UNUSUAL. It's late here in Centex Land.
Yep, Goldberg tends to be half-blind where Democrats are concerned.
Okay, all are entitled to their views and their interpretation of the available evidence, so let me add this:
http://www.jpost.com/DiplomacyAndPolitics/Article.aspx?id=239172. This jpost article claims the Obama administration has sold the bunker-busting bombs to Israel (an item others have taken on board in different places), which is more than the G.W. Bush administration did: indeed, he refused outright to supply the bombs.
That's true. And I am not saying (or thinking) that Obama has an easy job.
Goldberg was a bit soft in his questioning of Obama, but the comment from pj media was just a foaming at the mouth rant. Obama has made it clear that the US will not allow Iran to have nuclear weapons.
As I said, why don't we all just wait a while?
