The Russians should be grateful. Here in Chicagoland we witness the unique phenomenon ever. Every election day the dead rise up out of their graves and amble over to the nearest polling place. There they line up patiently (death teaches them patience) and vote Democrat, even if they never did in life.
No need even to vote early and vote often. What a country! As for electoral fraud here in recent years its been tories and lib dems who have been done for that
