Once in the Badge Gang, always in the Badge Gang---except when it comes to killing the unarmed. Then your get-out-of-jail free card is expired.
I don't know: people who play with their mobile gadgets in public places could do with culling. Not sure what Darwin says about it, but...
How about everyone following this rule:
Turn off the phone in the movie theater.

Shooting them to death is a little extreme, though.
Only if they're "assaulted" by popcorn. The courts are sure to understand the severity of popped corn dashed in the face.
