I am not going to comment on this scientific discovery. Especially not in the election year.
But the following quote...
Liberal Democrats said they want partners they consider to be equal with a sense of humor and independence and similar lifestyle to their own. Republicans said they want partners from the same background and political persuasion.Doesn't it mean, when translated to simple language, that Democrats want to do it with (or to?) Democrats and Republicans with Republicans?
Anyway, something is wrong with that formula. When I was a youngster, only gender had a meaning. Unless my memories, of course...

You can't, however, fail to notice that Rep women generally outshine the Dem ones.
