We have considered that, while Mr Bernanke is doing a great job in controlling the flow of money in the (only) correct direction, a bit of support could never hurt.
So there.
On the other hand, we are not absolutely sure that nomination like that doesn't have something to do with what I would call "Pharaoh and the enema" principle.
