In fact, the tweet by CiF Watch is somewhat imprecise: it is not the readers' poll result, it is the result of the poll of the Guardian journalists - the thinking and writing "elite". But, not being a joke, it shows you how demented are the Guardianistas.
I, personally, would suggest that Rouhani share the prize with Denis Rodman.
