They should barter. For example:
- Nasrallah's head for Khaled Mashal's head
- Assad's head for Ahmadinejad's head
- Erdogan's head for Abbas's head.
This approach would ensure that each party is getting good value while saving these gentlemen lots of dosh in the long run.
$10 million? I'll give $.25 per pound. Cash on the barrel!

I agree with Dick, this is about the smartest use of oil money I can remember. $10 million sounds about right. Hope they have some of Nasrallah's DNA in order to rule out fakes. I wonder how much Assad's head would cost?
PS: Beheading people not only happens in the Muslim world. It happens in Latin America as well. Recently I had the distinct displeasure of thumbing through a book on the Mexican drug cartels that was full of graphic photos of the cartels' many victims. Beheading was a favorite form of murder for the cartels.
Er... I still suspect that it's overpaying, but if you are cool with this amount, OK, I shall offer you some suitable head soon ;-)
