The decision of Time magazine to choose Putin its man of the year for 2007 could be argued about. Even (or especially) after looking at this picture:

As far as I am concerned, Putin can stay in 2007, while Bar, as that Arena magazine people say, is fit for the whole decade that is ahead of us.
