Joey Hairplugs is famous for foot-in-mouth disease. My favorite was when he said Obama was "clean" and well-spoken. Didn't seem to bother Obumbles, though.

That's not Biden's fault. He has his shoelaces tied up to his teeth, poor thing.
Obumbles is a nice nickname, but after his warm words for the decorated non-dead deceased, Obamazombie seems more adequate.
"Per se" is an imported equivalent of "as such". But shows one's intelligence.
Joe Biden has foot-in-mouth disease. He opens his mouth and inserts his foot.
Ah, but that's "soaring eloquence" according to his admirers. He does seem to be rather detached from reality most of the time.
As long as we all can enjoy this, I don't see how it could be all bad ;-)

I was referring to Obumbles, not Biden. Biden was born detached.
