I feel the opposite. I wonder when we're going to have an American presidential administration with the cahones to do anything but pander to the Palis? But Joey Hairplugs is the assistant chief buffoon these days. Did he whack everyone with his pig bladder? That's more his speed.
I agree with you Snoopy. Spitting in the US Administration's eye is not a good idea even if Bibi gets away with it this time. He and his govt. are building up a lot of ill will that may well harm them in the future. Suppose it is not so bad as the snub given the Turkish Ambassador by Dep. FM Ayalon that the Foreign Office had to apologize for, but it is something of the same type. Dick, I would not call the Obama Administration's actions including the escalation of the Afghan War weak. Just as I would not call BushJr/Cheney acting like a pair of bellicose Kaiser Willhelm II wannabes strong.
Bibi, Liebermman, Ayalon and the rest of the current Israeli govt. should remember the advice of Dick's fellow Texan, Lyndon Johnson: "Don't spit in the well too often, boys, someday you may have to drink from it!"
PS: Dick, do you really belive that nonsense that Obama was bowing to foreign leaders when he was bending over to listen to them. As a Catholic friend says when exasperated: "Jesus, Mary and Joseph!" Don't believe everything Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and company rant and rave about.
Bibi learns that water is not the only substance to flow down hill, another more foul-smelling substance does so as well. "Clinton delivers blunt message to Netanyahu on East Jerusalem:Israel 'expected to take action' to revive peace talks, U.S. Secretary of State tells prime minister in phone call" at http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/1156066.html
Yeah, well, but I was less concerned with the current administration weakness and more with our own government stupid behavior - which are two separate phenomena.

Still the matter of deliberate snub of US by a second-rate minister and overall negative character remains for all to see.
US is getting snubbed a lot these days as the prez goes around apologizing and bowing. When you act weak, you get weak.
I meant to say when you act weak you get whacked, even by second-rate ministers.

Yes, it follows.
Thanks for the link, David.
