The second word looks like "luzer" lamed-vov-zayin-reish Isn't that English? Or is it English-derived Modern Hebrew slang? My Hebrew vocabulary is all from learning Mishnayos and things like that.
Loser, pronounced like "loozer" is part of Yiddish slang for lots of years, certainly before I was born. Modern Hebrew adopted it, I believe, quite some time ago. I am not sure (but it definitely could be) that it comes from English initially, but anyway it happened long time ago...
