According to this Facebook entry, the slide was located in Tel Aviv, Ben Gurion blvd.
For the sake of fairness: there is a response by the city spokesperson in this thread, explaining that the slide was uprooted and placed near the road to be taken away. Oh well...

Back are we! The boy's back at the zigurrat (AVFW; Assyrian Veterans of Foreign Wars) were getting a little antsy. Ever since that dust up we had with Hezekiah and Isiah in Jerusalem a couple of millennium ago, they get nervous when you guys disappear for awhile.
